Consent to Electronic Records and Signatures

Foxconn provides agreements, rate confirmations, invoices, notices and other records ("Records") for the Broker Portal electronically. Before you continue, please read this disclosure. It is given under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state laws.

1. What you are agreeing to

You agree that we may provide all Records electronically through the Portal and by email, and that typing your name and ticking the confirmation box on a Record is your electronic signature, with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. You confirm you are authorized to sign on behalf of the company named in your account.

2. Paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any Record at any time by writing to [email protected]. We provide paper copies free of charge. You can also download and print Records as PDF files from the Portal.

3. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw this consent at any time from Profile → Electronic records, or by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect Records already signed. Because the Portal operates electronically, after withdrawal you will not be able to request or book loads through the Portal until you consent again; our team will contact you to arrange how to continue.

4. Keeping your contact information current

Please keep your email address current in your Profile. Contact us at [email protected] if it changes and you cannot sign in.

5. Hardware and software requirements

A current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari with cookies enabled; an email account; software that opens PDF files; and a printer or storage space if you want to keep copies. If these requirements change in a way that could prevent you from accessing Records, we will tell you and ask for your consent again.
